It looks as though the first pistils have shriveled at the bottom of the bud this is normal. I'm assuming this is an auto flower started indoors. Yes? If so just wait until 50 to60% percent of the pistlis have withered and have changed in color. When this has happened and no new pistil growth has occured for a couple of days, examine your trichome production. When they are all mostly cloudy, with a few clear this is the begining of your harvest window. As they start to turn amber, with a good majority being still cloudy this marks the "begining" of the end of the window, ending in all amber trichome, and no new pistil production. Pick a time that is convenient to complete the harvest, during that window, based on," what effects you want from the canaboids you just grew!" Alot of the time, with a great multitude of sativa indica stains, the cloudyier the trichome the more stonier it is, If you let it mature and the canaboids start to degrade (turn amber) you have a chem reaction and a new effect is born in your meds. You get more of a pain releiving, analgesic, effect from the canaboids, you gotta decide what you are growing it for, and what effect you want from the canaboids.
You don't harvest based on how many weeks its been blooming,. You harvest based on the maturity and development of the buds.
