Hmmm, Well I do see some brown crispy looking tips. My guess is they were burnt due to a toxicity of some sort, and because of this some nutrients are getting locked out. Witch ones I do not know. I am not a 100% sure but from what I know/can see thats my guess. You did recently flush correct? How much water did you flush with and how big is your container?
You might not want to add nutes immediately after a flush because you want the plants to be able to use up the nutrients that are already stored in the leaves. That way by the time you give it nutrients next it has used up most of its stored energy. Because if you flush, then feed it nutes right after, well your just putting salts back into the soil, and if they plant already has as much energy as it can store, it wont use up those salts. Causing a possible toxicity and/or lockout. Does that make any sense?

This is a picture of a plant i had before i found this website. i knew nothing about growing. i used the dirt from my backyard, i diddnt use any nutes. the first month of it life it was under unussable light. when i did add the right lighting i had it too far away from the plant. the horse shoe shape if from a late attempt to LST the plant. it was a complete disaster. my green thumb is so good i still managed to put this bitch into flower and the only reason i got rid of it was b/c a friend of mine saw it so i made sure i cut the plant down right in front of him. i do not consider that plant my first grow. im on my first grow now!! that plant was a long lost expierament!!!!!!!!!!!!
