Wrinkled growtb

Hey all i am new here and fairly new to growing and have a couple questions. Plants look good for most part but a couple of them have wrinkly leaves and one has the leaves growing in a circle pattern is this any thing to worry about?

Sounds a bit retarded, how old is it? how big is it?

could be anything from to close to the light or some sort of nut burn. Water PH might be jacked but like I say a pic is worth more.

Four weeks into veg and about a foot tall but really bushy grown under 6 bulb h.o. t5 w/3 red and 3have blue bulds. Shortest two out of ten different strains though im sure
