Wrinkly Leaves on One Plant Overnight -- Any Ideas?

Another day another problem. RDWC, room temps 66-78, res temps 71 to 73, GH nutes 3-4-8, blueberry week 5.I foliar fed three times yesterday and added 3ml/gal FloraGro last night. I took a picture yesterday and lookng today, can see the beginnings of the wrinkliness on the plant. This morning, its looking worse. Other plants in the same solution look fine.

Any ideas on what's going on and what I should do? I'm due for a res change tomorrow.

what do you feed them exactly?
make sure to use enough 'micro'.
consider using the Lucas formula.
