So, that's kind of fucked up. People don't have a right to tax dollars if it will prove their innocence? DNA could also prove their guilt making the prosecution's case stronger, right? I'm sure there have been a at least a couple innocent men who have been given the death penalty, that sounds fair.

i hate it when people claim its gods will when something bad happens. its clearly pointed out in the bible that god gave us free will to make our own choices hence if you were wrongly convicted of a crime it isn't gods will its more likely something completly different. (i'm not god squad by the way i just thought someone should point this out to the class idiot!). any way main point being is it is an outrage that someone can't be given the chance to prove their innocence. i was in a bad situation once and thought i would be doing hard time. thankfully i had evidence. everyone deserves that chance.
p.s will someone please ban mysticclown hes a idiot. every time i've read a post of his i've wanted to slap someone and i'm the most easy going person alive! lol
