WTF? 2 month old seedling?

I have a 2 month old easy rider thats only 5 inches tall. the weird thing is that it looks very mature. it has all of the white hairs and even has a bud in the middle! should i harvest it? its been growing for a while but is just SO short, its kind of embarassing.

where and how is it growing, indoor/outdoor? soil/hydro?, on the seed bank web sites it take 2.5 months

idk bro should be bigger, maybe its just the plant man, order some ww or skunk, u wont have this problem
