Wtf are wrong with my plants in the dwc

so the other day i transplanted

i made a mistake by turning on the hps
by doing that i added more stress to the
4 tansplanted plants i cut it off yesterday
when it came to me then i had like one dose
less than full nutes.....MY PLANTS WERE FUCKIN
DROPPY then i added root 66........
to pomote root growth it was all bad so this
morning i changed the res and just added ph'd
water will they recover someone help one is
turning a lil brown but i think i saved it all four are
droopy and 3 of them are a nice green still oooh and my
dumb ass forgot to turn on the exhaust before i left
i didnt know it was gonna be sixty so i prob caused some
heat damage.... I told my plants i was sorry yesterday i dont
know whatr to do...... Help please!!!!!

curse me out get nasty im still kinda new to hydro hopefully this one will be sucessful unlike the others because i stop being so cheap and invested in real ph up and down and real nutes by technaflora bc productions.........

no worries man when i transplanted my outdoor plant she was droopy for 3-5 days then perked back up now she is growing inside under my hps 3 weeks into flowering so i would just water them and let em perk back up

i hope so never had a problem with transplanting in soil though i think when moving them from soil is not good it carries so much bacteria n shit i still have brown pieces of dirt debris on the roots. btw the roots are really dart they were white i gave them some hydrogen peroxide to kill the bacteria, and do that other thing it does to hydro plants o give them oxygen?
