Anyone has experience with these lights?

Would I be able to use these for feburary and then transfer the plants outside when its warm?
It's legal where I'm from

If you wait until February 27th to germinate seeds those lights will work for February.

He is saying that if you wait until February is over you can use them for February. lol

If you already bought them then go ahead and use them, however if you haven't purchased then save your money as they are garbage.

Agree. A small array of the right color and keep it close. There's a CFL forum on RIU.

Add: I bought a large CFL. 150 watt. Put it in the cheapest reflector made. Covers about 18" X 24". For a couple of weeks.
