wtf? heat stress.. or possible reveg AGAIN?

I have a plant about 5 foot tall planted late march early april and its revegged once before, it started making 4 blades and 3 blade leaves instead of 7, and when it recovered it started making only 5 bladed leaves instead! then the monsoon season came and i've seen soooo many preflowers, or pistils w/e on the plant. Now when I went to check it today cuz its very hot the plant is starting to make 3's and 4 blade leaves again only. REVEG THIS LATE?
wtf.. i need some help please, I gave it a dose of molasses yesterday but i don't see how that could cause that.

When you revegge a plant it get leafs like that it will start growing normal again.

i know.. but i don't want this thing revegging again, I don't think anyways..
Also i wanna know if since i see idk prolly 100 preflowers is that preflowers still or pistils? :O
