I just noticed this yellowing few days ago. I'm thinking nitrogen deficiency.
Should I pull of effected leaves?

Looks like a possible nitrogen deficiency.

Looks like you might have some PM going on as well. How’s your ventilation and air exchange? Stagnant air is a recipe for disaster.

Don't pull leaves btw.
Let 'em fall off on their own or wait till you defoliate. No point adding stress to the mix.
