^^ That look liek what you got?

Yours is pretty late stage by the looks of things... Id cut it down... or remove it from other plants... Mold grows and transfers by spores...
If they get mobile they will destroy other plants.
If this is your only plant.. well then
There are things you can use: neem2, neem oil works wonders!! Potassium Bicarbonate, Baking soda and for other chemical agents you can use Plant Shield, Serenade and pythium! There are many other chemicals and organics that work but these are the most popular and they work very very well!

Fungus is another problem when you are in flowering, because they are susceptible to a fungus or bud rot. Growing conditions for fungus are best when temps are between 60 and 80 degrees and the humidity is high. The fungus is very destructive and spreads quickly. These kinds of fungus are air borne and can travel to other bud sites. If you already have been infected by them the best thing you can do is cut off and remove the infected area and then discard out of the grow area, then get a hold of some anti-fungal spray and apply.

Fungi can kill your crop quick, so invest in some SAFE fungicide and spray down the plants as much as you can and as soon as you can. The faster the safer.. If you have had problems with fungus before, do NOT spray them you will contribute to the fungus becoming resistant to the spray/chemicals you are using. Try to keep the humidity down to the range fungus do not grow to well in. Keep a good amount of ventilation around your grow, and if you have plants outside, always keep them quarantined away you’re your indoor plants until you know they are safe.

Most fungicides are very nasty and eating them can be very dangerous so its best to use something on them that is safe on plants that you can eat., Safer makes a very safe product that can be found in most stores and hydro shops. it contains only sulfur in solution

Get it away from your other plants if you have more. cut off the bad shit and dry it fast it will spread even when drying.once you start trimming you will see its worse than you thought. always keep moisture away from flowers. have we learned a lesson folks?

The rot is on the Main Cola should I just cut it off and spray the rest with neem oil? and yes this is my only plant so I don't wanna cut the whole thing down.

Thanks

The Bud rot is on the Main Cola so should I just cut it off and spray the rest with neem oil? Also this is my only plant and my first so I don't wanna discard it if it can be saved.

Thanks

Well try and save it, by doing just that.. Remove.... Destroy and Disinfect.

Also.. before you try round 2.. Be sure to give your whole room a good scrubbing because these things tend to come back to haunt you over and over.

You can cut off the actual rotten bits and watercure the rest to make it smokable...may aswell salvage something from it.

Okay so I cut off the top and the mold seems to have gone lower than I thought and is taking up the base of 4 buds what should I do harvest those 4 buds early?
Here is the part I cut as you can see there are 4 buds coming from there.

do NOT harvest the buds that have rot. cut them off and throw them away. smoking them is bad news. Cut and get rid of them.

They haven't got rot only the bud around the stem had it. So I already salvaged the buds and trimmed them should I water cure?

Chop off that main bud and then cut it up very carefully. Some areas may be unaffected while others will be totally destroyed. Carefully cut away the moldy bud and get rid of it. I had same problem outdoors. Cut off infected buds and disinfect areas that you cut with a mild bleach water solution & Q-tip (when I did this the area dried up and healed - when I didn't the area grew more infection & spread).
I just let my plants grow naturally indoors but I top them when growing outdoors (some strains should not be topped so check). This creates more numerous but smaller buds which tend to breath a bit better than the larger jumbo buds. The big buds often get water trapped in the central area where it begins to rot out of sight until it is too late. You may not get those arm sized prize winning buds but you won't have to toss them out either.

Wouldn't Bleach kill the plant? also what should I do with all this premature bud?
