Wtf, mold and wilting plant

I watered my plants a couple days ago and i visited to see a thick mold ontop of both pots and one plant is severally wilted, i gave it a bit of water to see if it helps but wtf is the mold about. In sure its not good but whats going on in my tent/pots?

I figured as much the first time this happened, but this was a much more aggressive bloom.

I threw a hydrometer into the soil and its still soaked so my guess is i pulled a noob and over watered and over fertilized.

Its a mix of promix bx, compost, and coco coir. Its made in 50g batches and stored in a tote, I use it for all my plants.

i still get scared if i see it on my soil, after throwin out like 60g of bud with mold, i dont even want to see that sht,lol.
