wtf need major help

1387131170057.jpg Got this sad looking plant from a friend about a week ago, just keeps getting worse. He gave me very little info on it, says its 2-3 months old flowering for a couple weeks. Its strecthed real bad, has few pistils, and to top it of hes says hes never fed her. I did but she just keeps getting worse. Leaves yellowing and falling off left and right. What can I do?

You can put it in the correct environment; don't throw multiple "fixes" or solutions at it at once, and give it some time to repair itself. Maybe add new topsoil. Honestly; there are so few leaves on her that she may not have enough stored energy to make it through; but, as long as it's green, it's alive. GL.

Would root rot or root damage cause something like this, this happen to me when I stole the bushes out of my neighbours garden, I wasn't very gentle when I ripped them out of the ground, hard to remove a plant gently with a Doberman snapping at your heels. lol.

And in response to the OP... Let her adjust to the new environment for a week. When you do start nutes start real light. If it's never had nutes you don't want to shock the crap out of her again.

throw it back into veg, fix conditions, and let it regenerate and clone it if it's worth the genetics
otherwise get your own ceeds and do your own plant

That plant is starved for both lights and nutes. Get as much light as you can on it, and feed nutes at the rate recommended by the mfgr. Looks N deprived.

Is it bomb shit? Smoked it before? Unless you know what it is I wouldn't bother revegging it maybe take a couple clones, let it flower out and see if its any good or not....thats what I would do.
