WTF Nute Burn, MG deff or what???

Hi, i know theres alot of people posting this kind of question, but i want to know what you guys think about my situation.:?

i have had 3 plants in my grow room from seedlings, and 7 that are from cuttings, the three that are seeds wer intended to be my mothers.

so my plants wer looking strong and healthly till i go on holiday and instruct my friend to look after them, big mistake:shock: i had the res made up of a nute solution with an air stone in there to keep it oxygenated (it was desighned ebb n flow system but i didnt get in finished in time before i went on holiday).

Anyway i get back and i think she over water them at first as they were all droopy and soaked, at this time they wer all just sat in a plastic tray in rockwools so there was very little drainage.

anyway i let them dry out for a few days, finish my ebb n flow, put them in cups and then get them into a normal feeding pattern however the problem only got worse!
one of my mothers would not stand up again so i snipped it and put some rooting hormone on the stem to basically give it another shot, that one is now looking the best out of the bunch!

The lower leaves on the rest of my mothers are pale green going yellow with brown crusty spots, all the clones have stopped growing for the past week (serious not even a mm) and the same applies to the mothers!

I have researched this problem for hours and think its either down to Mg deff but now im thinking it could be early root rot from sitting in a tray with very little oxygen for two weeks??
I am using dutch master gold i think i could be down to this seen as my two in flower the leaves look the same and its a considerable amount of them (i know you can expect a few due to potasuim) was going to change to AN any recomendations?
PLEASE HELP!

thats N deficiency, you can tell by the lime green color(early stage), next you will see your lower leaves yellow and die(mid stage), and finally the yellowing will climb up your plant as the new growth eats the old for nutrients.

350ppm is that the measure of your tap water + food ? seems low to me,
i would have a plant that size on EC 1.0 - 1.2 which is around 2x the strength of what you have yours on
i also agree with the PH being low, i would not keep it that low, although i know others keep it as low as 5.5

no thats just the ppm of the tap water with food i am at 850 ppm

There are two routes to go when fixing a nitrogen deficiency in the soil, either organic or non-organic.

Organic

To correct a nitrogen deficiency using organic methods requires time, but will result in a more even distribution of the added nitrogen over time. Some organic methods of adding nitrogen to the soil include:

Adding composted manure to the soil
Planting a green manure crop, such as borage
Planting nitrogen fixing plants like peas or beans
Adding coffee grounds to the soil (be careful as this will also raise the acidity level)
Non-organic

Nitrogen as a plant fertilizer is common when purchasing chemical fertilizers. When looking to specifically add nitrogen to your garden, choose a fertilizer that has a high first number in the NPK ratio. The NPK ration will look something like 10-10-10 and the first number tells you the amount of nitrogen. Using a nitrogen fertilizer to fix a nitrogen deficiency in the soil will give a big, fast boost of nitrogen to the soil, but will fade quickly.
