I want to give out a warning to every one who are interested in buying a lamp from Rocket Plasma. I am not saying they are theifs but....
- I bought about 20 lamps and they claimed they were up to IP44 (or 65 I dont remember), I had to return the lamps to the US which they said was OK and they said I would get a refund of the money. A partner of mine sent the lamps without packing them really well so Tanya and Sean (the owners) sent me a picure of some small damages on 2-3 of the lamps. IT HAS BEEN ONE YEAR without getting the lamps back OR MY MONEY. I have written to them and calling for ONE YEAR and still have reccived nothing. I have all emails, pictures, Skype conversations saved.
They are never returning my calls and they tell me to wait until they have made a calculation of that the broken lamps would cost to fix, I have told them they dont have to fix anything, just send me the lamps back. They dont send the lamps back to me even though the lamps are mine AND they are keeping the money. Probably they have already sold the lamps.
I would be very cautious to buy lamps from them. I will publish all the email correspondence etc. in one week if they do not answer me. I have given them a lot of time before writting here. If they want to resolve this situation I will take back everything and tell you guys to buy from them because the technology is really good, the supplier how ever has more than 10.000USD that is mine that they have not paid back in 1year.
