Yes, you can use a strobe light to grow. But there are certain things you need to do in addition for it to work.

1) Dance music must be played in a 12/12 cycle. A sub helps with this as well

2) MDMA must be added to the nutrients

3) Your plants will need to be watered at least twice as often so they do not dehydrate and die

4) You must have at least 20 plants growing at once otherwise they wont want to dance

actually I read a article about a flashing light (along with your main lights which don't flash) doing something for growth, I can't remember the details but it was a thread here that had a link posted in it about little known things about growing.Couldn't tell you if there's a bit of truth to it but one detail I do remember is it wasn't flashing at a strobe light pace, it was like four flashes a minute possibly. But about the original post, good luck with that.
