I used between 4 and 5 ounces of green leaves,, when I trim the plants I put the leaves right into a plastic bag and right into the freezer till im ready... I didnt really run into problems but you just kinda get better at it after each run and I did 5 runs all together cause the last run was all just stems that I cut into smaller pieces and got another gram,, woohoo..... good luck...............
