Hi all

Below are the facts

Growing: Indoor
Watering schedule: Once a week; but i put one plant into a hydro drip system and the leaves start going down.
Medium: sprouted seeds in Rockwool cubes, now thy are in clay pellets (boiled in hot water before the grow)
Stage of growth: this is week 5 into the grow

PH: 7.0
Nuts: I try to use CNS17 and Seaplex but b/c of the way the leaves are looking I stopped
Lights; CFL 100 Watt ( on 24 hours)
temp: 65 degrees
Humd: 65-70

It started around week 3 where one of the plants leaves started to look yellow the other plant ( one with brown spots) looked good. I took the plants as i thought the rockwool PH was off and flushed it in water at 6.5 PH. The growth is still stunned on the smaller plant. The larger plant is growing but week 4 it developed brown spots on the lower leaves and doesnt seem to be growing now. I through it was nutrients and I put it into a drop system every 4 hours it drips CNS17 and seaplex for 5 mins. But afterwork today it looked like the leaves are all drooping. please help this is my second failed attempt.

It looks like my plants might be suffering the same fate as yours. Mine are exterior plants, but the drooping leaves and yellowing matches mine and I'm into week 5 also.
Could it be your ph is too high? I'm growing in coco coir and aim for 5.5-6.0.
Anyway, good luck and hope you find your solution sir!

First of all your ph is way too high. 7 is for soil. Your growing hydro so you want the ph to be between 5.5and 6.1. I would keep it at 5.8.
Also, if you say the plants get droopy after you water, is most likely getting too much water. My guess is that your rockwool cube is retaining too much water. Let it dry out longer before watering. Youll need to gradually increase the duration, and amount of water as it gets larger.

Oh and dont stop giving it nutes. Mix it at half what the bottle says.

Your problem is lack of light.

Sorry am i lacking light or am i lacking nutes.

I switch today to both lights and nutes and soaked the rockwool at 6.5 PH water for 24 hours, afterwards I will drain the PH water soak. but I do not know how often should I be watering with nutrients?

Use more nutrients and lower your pH... I really recommend you read some guides/bibles on growing before trying again.
