Yellow/Brown leaves

My plants leaves are turning yellow at the tips and have brown spots. I cut back on the water I was giving it and also use 12 hours of lighting everyday. I am not sure why the leaves keep doing this.

Why are you only giving them 12 hours of light? Those look like they are still in veg?!? In veg it should be 18 on and 6 off
