Your soil looks terrible
A small seedling in a big pot is much more difficult to water correctly.
Maybe transfer it to a solo cup with a proper medium or just start another seed.

Thank you for the reply.
But I read that autoflower does not like to be transplated, that way I put directly on final pot

Any suggestion on the soil? is it too dry?

It is not just dirt, it is a growing medium I bought
Can you pls tell me the good ratio of the perlite?

Seedling is struggling in that “ medium “ …. Either due to the density of that compacted “ soil “ and or not very nute rich / ph / etc.

You are going to have a difficult time with that poor little guy. You can transplant auto's just fine, plants are a little easier to get started in Solo cups IMO, then transplant into their final home once they get growing. Your soil looks horrible, and by the looks of it, your plant says so too. I'll agree with Budzbuddha, compaction, not nearly enough perlite for that mix. I would personally scrap rainwater also, especially if it came off your roof, I wouldn't drink roof drain off, and wouldn't feed my plant what I wouldn't drink.
It's early enough to get that seedling out of that "soil mix" and go with something like ProMix HP, or ProMix Bx as a 1st time grower, much more forgiving IMO than Coco for a newbie. Do a search of FoxFarm soils, and see the issues that people have, especially newbies, I stay away from FF personally.

thank you for your advice.
I actually flushed this medium with rainwater and let it dry before plant my germinated seed. could it caused this compaction?

I will get this seedling out to other soil. should I get solo cup or same size pot?

Your soil mixture is too "dense" needs WAY more perlite, roots need some oxygen, and room to grow and breath, and that mix isn't allowing that, think of it this way, can you put your fist into a tree trunk, or a bush easier?? Your soil mix is like a tree trunk to the roots. Personally, I would get it into a clear solo cup, then stick that into a dark colored solo cup, this way, you can check on the root system without exposing it to light, which they also don't like, then when it's close to being rootbound, transplant into its final pot.

It looks worse now, I have transplated it to new soil mix with perlite in a smaller pot and see how it goes.

I doubt it will survive looking at the condition.

I am germinating a new OG kush auto seed in the water right now.

Unfortunately ProMix is not available here where I live. any suggestion on the ratio of soil mix?

They are pretty resilient plants, don't give up on it yet, it is a "weed" after all. I can't really answer the ratio question, as I use a high porosity mix, but I would start at around 30% perlite, it definitely won't hurt it any, and should give you a better starting point than 10% will. Also, going into a smaller container to start, gives you better control on watering. Your original plant should bounce back, might take a week or so.

Will wait for it to recover, keep my finger crossed
Do you need coco to be mixed with the soil and perlite? Or perlite would be enough?

for that medium 50% perlite
that should help
also just add more coco coir if you have it and also you can just order some potting mix every garden store has a peat or coco based potting mix.

I have mixed perlite 30% 20% coco coir and 50% soil
for the new germinated seed
