Yellow Leaf Problems in an early stage

This is a blueberry plantinum plant thats about 2 weeks old. Everythings been running fairly smoothly aside from these yellow spots on the two oldest leaves that have begun to develop recently. I dont think its a lighting problem because we're only using a 200 watt bulb and its about 16-18 inches away from the plant. Also, we've been watering it carefully so I dont think that's a factor. The rest of the plant is continuing to grow steadily.

Any ideas?
Should we clip the leaves off or is it too early?
Is my plant ok?

Yes you can pick up a ph kit for under $12 i think at lowes (?). Do you know the temp of your grow room? Daytime conditions should be 70-80 degrees without co2, 80-90 degrees with co2 until the last two weeks when daytime temps should be kept between 70-80 and co2 can be reduced to adjust for the lower metabolism. Night temperatures should be kept above 60 degrees to prevent stress.
