Yellow leaves,dark spots..............

I have some experience growing indoors in soil. What I have is a 400 watt HPS light, good ventilation and using typical pot dedicated nutrients mixed the the water.
I had mites during the veg state, they are gone after treatment with the usual stuff. At least I think they are gone as I haven't seen them in 4 weeks.
I'm now entering the 4th week of budding,12 hours of light. The leaves are turning yellow ,some with large dark spots. They actually dry up.I cut way back on the watering and have used no fetilizer for a week but the leaf problem persists. The buds seem ok ,as in they keep growing but they look a bit more fuzzy than I'm used too.
Thinking it migh be a fungus I sprayed the plants several times with a Neem oil product listed as anti fungal.
I was cloning this stuff for another grower,he was pleased. Now I'm growing my own. Does this look like White Widow? Or just sick plants?
And I have a plant outdoors from the same clones growing in the same potting soil that is starting to bud. It looks very green and just has a few lower leaves turning yellow.

ya...the ratio of generic stuff seems a bit off, esp. for flowering...pro bloom should be doing the trick, although if you've been feeding the same ammount since they started budding then they may want more.

i guess the better question is...how often are you feeding them? it could very well be locked out as well.

I water the plants about every third day with the Pro Bloom (for soil) using accurate measurements Tap water allowed to sit for at least 24 hours, pretty neutral PH as it is.I noticed today the dried up leaves just fell off.Still plenty of green around the buds.If these were veggie plants,I would say looking at them, that harvest is sooner than later and they are at looking like the end of their lifespan.
It's been 4 weeks on the long light cycle, turned back light and it will be four weeks on short light this coming Monday.

ummm...there has been so much debate over yellowing leaves at the end of the plants life cycle...if you want my opinion, it is NOT normal...maybe a smidgen lighter could be acceptable...but not like yours...trust me...keep your leaves green and healthy, and your yeild will double...i would flush her with 1/4 strength at most nutes...and give it a day or 2. are the leaves yellowing like this all over? or just bottom or top?

What happens is the leaves get some dark spots, not mites I checked closely..Then lose the green and turn yellow. Then curl up and fall off.Takes about a week for each leave to die. It's the oldest leaves first..I flooded them with plain water yesterday.................see what happens.
The cloning and pre growing area is directly above the bigger growing area. There's 6 clones about 5 inches tall that look green and sturdy.

This photo is a few hours ago just before the light cycled off.All the leaves you see are pale green in natural light....

Ok,this is just a few minutes ago when the light cycled off.The colors you see are pretty much true. The bigger leaves are starting to yellow up and die.The buds you see are just a few days short of four weeks. They look ok with "crystals"......Maybe it is what it is...????

Also fan leaves yellowing near THE END is normal. Not at four weeks. Although I've seen plants stay lush green the day I harvested them. There's definitely some variety in the species.
