On my other plant its perfectly normal. Ive noticed this plant has smaller buds then the other one too.

Have you switched nutes? how is the PH level? could the plant be root bound?
It looks a little spindley, pehaps its the light your using or its not close enough. just think the stems look thin from here bro.
