yellow new growth

All the new growth coming out of the top of one of my plants are yellowing from inward out. Looked it up and seems like iron deficiency. Is this correct or any ideas of how I could resolve this problem?

it wont hurt to mix one tsp of epsom salts to a gallon of water. warm a cup or so of water, to melt the stuff, then mix it to gal of water. water the plant well. if its an mg def, it will take care of it. if not, no harm done. usually, its bottom leaves that start turning yellow, with mg def. if its an iron def. then add a few nails to water supply. the rust will work wonders.
