Yellow Rings on Leaves with Green Inside

Hey guys. This is my first year growing and I am doing an outdoor grow. I have six clones of different varieties and everything is going well so far. I have started to notice these little rings on my plants' leaves. I apologize if the picture isn't ideal. Basically, the rings vary in size from 1mm in diameter to about 8mm in diameter. The are mostly on the lower leaves of the plants and are only present on 3 of my 6 plants. I do not believe that it is yellow leaf spot because inside the circles is completely green. My guess is spider mites but I have been very thoroughly examining the plants the last 2 days and have seen no signs of pests. Any input on what this might be and recommendations on what to do to fix it are greatly appreciated. Thanks for taking the time to read all this!

What's the underside of the leaf look like?

Can you get a couple more pics of other leaves doing it and one pic backed up a little that shows the whole plant or at least a good portion of it?

What kind of medium is that?
Why the hard water spots?
Purple streaks on stalk.

Mine streak when pH is off or mg is short making it have other issues. Could be nothing though, just an observation.
Hmm ok. Tomorrow I am going to wash with vinegar to see if it's just hardwater.
While we're on the subject, is there a preferred method for testing pH outside? A friend gave me some pool pH test strips but they have a pretty low level of precision. When I go to amazon, all I see are 3 in 1 pH/light/humidity measurement devices that seem pretty crappy. What do you guys use?

Also I'm not super well versed on the rules of this site so if going off thread topic isn't allowed my bad.

Confirmed not hardwater spots. Used a vinegar remedy to try to remove them with no luck. Also, the yellow part of the ring is an indent into the leaf.

I am now assuming that it is some kind of pest. I am recording the number of leaves afflicted and the severity of the affliction. I hit them with some spinosad today and will continue to treat with that for a bit unless the problem worsens, in which case I will try other treatments. Any input appreciated!
