yellow spot on leaf...possible solution?

hi everyone, my plant has been growing for 10 days now and to my belief very slow..and also is starting to get a yellow spot on one of the starter leafs.i suspect i need nitrogen and my question is what fertilizer or solution could i buy thats best for veg stage and can be found at wallmart or home depot or lowes

The 'starter' leaves you are talking about are the round ones that show first. I am assuming anyway. These will die off and are supposed to no worries. Seedlings need them to gather light until true leaves are developed enough to do the job. I could be wrong though, Pics are needed to be certain.

well in total theres only 4 leaves, the two starters and two fan leaves and the fan leaves are still small

unless u used really shitty soil they're shouldn't be any defiencies for atleast 3/4 weeks. The cotyledons(sp?), first leaves to appear will naturally yellow and fall off. Pics to b sure.
