Woke up this morning and boom this was starting me in the face.

what is this?
How do I treat?

also I looked up some info and thought it was spider mites so I drenched the leaves in doctor zymes just in case.

i looked under the leaves with a microscope (30x) and saw little black things but it looked like soil to me.

Could be mild calcium or magnesium deficiency, are the upper leaves looking good? I doubt it'll progress. Sometimes the older lower leaves will do that.

Update :

i dr zymed it’s and came back this morning and this is how they look.

I’m gonna glove up disinfect and cut all affected leaves, bomb my tent with ipm and wait to see if it comes back.
I will keep you all in the loop to let you know.

Whatever this is, is so crazy I keep the environment clean as hell and I felt like I was doing a kick ass job at this. I’m staying positive.

Thanks for the help.

Look into and consider adding PureCrop1 to your ipm regimen. After a thrip issue from a bag of soil.. I now use as a soil drench PureCrop1 @ 1/2oz per gallon of water anytime I introduce new soil into the grow. Kills larvae of gnats, aphids, thrips etc. Doesn't bother beneficials like nematodes. It’s also a great foliar spray @ 2oz per gal for pests and 1oz per gal for maintaining. Good luck.

Looks like magnesium deficiency with how it’s progressing. Calcium deficiency will be more rusty spotting than inter-veinal dead blotching.

If the new growth isn’t doing that please stop spraying the plants with stuff trying to fix it. Just treat the plant like normal and address your magnesium issue. Epsom salts added once a week to your water at 1g gal can help. The sick leaves can just be plucked off they’re not going to get better.
