Yellow spotting on leaves

Hey All,

Just looking to get some additional opinions on what could cause this wierd spotting that has occurred on all three of my plants. Any help would be appreciated!

Soil FFOC
Watered with PH 8 tap water
Water run off 6.2-6.7 PH
Occasionally given:
FF Grow big 5-5-5 (1 per week)
Soluble kelp 0-0-17 ( 1 per week)
Just gave one dose (1.5 gallon) guano+water 0-5-0 before spots occurred.
Yesterday poked a bunch of holes using hydrometer (2 long prongs) to help aerate root ball and added calcium+nitrogen supplement.

Thrips have recently come back. Neem applied twice since.

Yellowing of bottom leaves has been on going for weeks. Has progressed to middle/inside some.

Its fine too late to alter

Ok, but do you know what causes that spotting to occur?

Weed grows and dies it is the way it finishes
