yellow tips on plant, also sprout seems to be flowering yellowing leaves

ok so the first is a the plant that has the yellowing tips im a newbie i confess so far in vegging only have used potting soil and feeder miracle grow plants growth is fine but like i said tips are turning yellow on sum tips not all closer to bottom. the second is a plant which was given to me its said to be kush no idea what strain though but it seems to me to be flowering ive taken sum pics i hope i able to upload them any help advice would be greatly appreciated

The small one looks like it is being over fed. How much
have you been giving it?

i just got it a freind gave it to me two days ago i dont want to lose it what can i do to help
