When you don't buffer coco with calmag first you have a situation a little bit down the road that when you feed the plant, it binds calcium and magnesium to the coco making those unavailable and knocking out the P and Na that was in the coco is now highly available to plants, neither of which is good at too high levels, (quite low for Na). It starts off a whole chain reaction ending up in you not being able to take up basic things like nitrogen.

Not really, but I would try to start off feeding it a tiny bit more, it may be a simple nitrogen deficiency.
If it is the colour will come back in new growth.
