Yellow veins red stems?

Leaves have started to turn yellow in the veins and the stems are turning redish
Any help would be greatly appreciated as every where i look online im getting mixed issues, multiple outcomes ect....

Im using

Biobizz light mix
I have biobizz grow,bloom,topmax, have only fed small amounts of grow so far, maybe half ml to 1l water,
Bottled water, not tap (ph 6.1)

Ahh ok then not too bad, i was a bit wary of starting too much nute, so ill up it to 1-1 and see how it goes, thanks for your reply :-)
