It looks like the most minute nute burn (to the point where you shouldn't worry about it...)

But, let me probe you a bit...

1.) Did you just transplant this into a hotter soil?
2.) Have you been giving it nutrients?
3.) Give us more details on where your plant is in it's life cycle. How old is it? What soil are you using? What type of light are you using? How far is the lights from the plant? You should include these details every time you post a query as it will help the community answer your question more quickly, as well as correctly.

But, let me probe you a bit...

1) yes I transplanted about 5 days ago into a 5 gallon bucket it went from CFLs to a 400 watt MH

2) the last time I feed it was 8 days ago and I was told not to feed because the soil has enough for a whille

3) That plant is aboout 31 days old, Northern Lights, I use FoxFarm Ocean Forest,
400watt MH in a cooltube its about 1.5 feet away. and I can hold my on the glass without it burning me

and its only in the middle of the plant, not the lower or any new growth.. yet.

What kind of soil was it in prior to transplanting into FFOF? Or was it in that prior, as well? Was the feeding you gave it 8 days ago the first feeding it had ever received?

Yes it was in FFOF before the transplant, and yes it was its first, and it was like half the recommended dose of FoxFarm Grow Big and even then I barely pored any of it in
because it was still small

Yea, the first dosage of Grow Big is what burned them. FFOF is a fairly hot soil to go directly into. It's likely that before you fed them that dose, the soil alone was enough to sustain them, as well as give them some extra nutrition to get nice and healthy (which, by the way, everything looks really nice). But when you gave them the dose of nutrient solution (even though it was only a tiny dosage) it was enough to slightly burn them. So what that means is...

In a week or ten days, you can feed them nutrient solution at the same dosage you fed them the first time, and they should be able to take it. Now why do I say this? Because look at how minutely they were burned with that small dosage of nutrient solution? That means that although they weren't ready to uptake that much nutrients, they were damn close to being ready to. Had they of not been able to uptake most if it, then the nutrient burn (what you referred to as yellowing-browning tips) would've gone further into the leaves.

Hope I helped; also, I sub'd your grow journal.

Thanks man! I just noticed it all today, would it take that long for it to show up? and if it was nute burn would it get worse overnight?

Watch it, make sure it doesn't get any worse. If it does seem to get worse, then douse it with water (i.e. flush it) to get the nutrient salts out of the soil.
