he probably cut them during flower. It’s a common practice. It’s called monster cropping. I do it all the time. Look it up

So they're not a pia to take care of between rooting and actually using them.
Here's a 3 month old example I'll not need them for months.

It’s ok. It seems he doesn’t know about monster cropping. But yeah that’s my main way I do it. It just takes way longer to reveg.

The length of time appeals to me.
Its been 100+ days since cloning and its just starting to put out regular growth.
Monster cloning wouldn't be my 1st choice if I wanted to get going but they're ideal when time isn't a factor.

Makes sense, I was going to ask if you intended to monstercrop. I didn't know the plant ever came out of monster cropping due to trying it in the past and even after like a month it just looked like it was never going to veg again. I guess my impatience definitely got the best of me.
BTW, wasn't trying to "call you out" or something I just was curious. I used to always get yellow leaves when using the aqua cloners, I just stab my cuts into pure coco now after dipping into some clonex. Buying Root Riots got old fast.

So you can clone a branch in early flower, veg it, wait for normal growth, cut that normal growth and that plant will be the same as before going into bloom? Pretty badass.. I could definitely use that method for some cuts that will be sitting on the sidelines next run.

Monster cropped plants make great mothers because they are so branchy. I don't really care for them as clones for the same reason.

Yes you can indeed reveg then flower or re clone the monster clone, I prefer to re clone over flowering a monster plant.
Some people like flowering them but it's not for me.

The kings juice is getting on a bit better now. 83 days since cloning it. I done a bit punning on the others. All of them are doing fine except the kings juice but it looks like it's going to be ok. Really nice work and always so clean.

You can clone a plant at any stage in life and reveg it. Even late flower. Just takes a lot longer. You can even reveg harvested plants.
