I also recently got a water filter, i used to use tap water, so maybe a I need to use more calmag? also added a lot more plants to the room and i was hot for awhile but I got the temp down, other then that i haven't really done anything different and have never had these problems

If you added a filter that's it add some more cal-mag and you should be good to go it looks like a mixture of calcium and magnesium deficiencies. I read somewhere that if you use a filter or reverse osmosis system that normally cause a drop in the water's natural nutes. Hopefully that is the case. I don't think it is nute burn because the to fan leaves are not affected.

Aren't the application rates for the pureblend & cal/mag something like (5ml or 1tsp)/gal?
So your base feed is like,
27-18-36... + the cal/mag @Your rate comes out to something like...
31-18-36?

I seem to be @ the ceiling as far as feed strength goes across several strains using a base nute ratio of 2-1-2; (24-12-24 actually).
I think you may be a Lil strong on feed... I think I'm a little strong on mine also btw... but I would swap the cal/mag out for a couple of feeds for some Epsom salt @ 15g or 1Tbs/gal.water... why? Because most bottle stuff I've read about lacks a secondary macronutrient (sulfur) which just may be fairly important for plant health...
Hope this helps... g'luck!
