Yellowing Leaves on my 2 week old seedling!

Ok guys so I've got three pots under my lamp. Everything had been growing well untill today I look and this pot which has two plants has leaves on both plants turning yellow and curling inwards a little bit. Is it burn from my lights? Or maybe slight foliar burn because I did get my plants wet a couple times during watering but tried to remove any moisture from them.

The soil has a little bit of coffee grounds in it. Not a lot though. At one point I did stake them up a little bit. Could it be the bind around the stake was too tight?

I water them about once or twice a day. Never the same amount I just eye ball it whenever the soil feels like and dry. Any idea what the problem is? I don't have a ph meter but I don't think it's that because I don't give them any nutes except the coffee grounds. What should I do?

A 2800k halogen bulb. I know I need to pick up a 5700k bulb asap :P My other pots don't have this problem and they also have the coffee grounds and the same tap water. Water where I live does have lime in it though not sure if that could cause a ph problem?

Halogen?????? thats probably adding far too much heat and poor usable light spectrum.

Why did you choose halogen????

HID or at least CFL/Flouro's.

There was a time when halogen were the lights to use, I sure am glad the hobby moved beyond that. They are hot, and probably very inefficient for the wattage used. I don't know about their spectrum though, but I will take your word for it.

im not sure either but by the time its far enough away to avoid heat problems the lumen loss alone would warrant a change.

it looks like light bleaching and your plants are stretching looking for more usable light.

Get some cfl's or HID . Your also trying to veg with 2800k spectrum when you need ideally 6400k or 6500k.

Could also have something to do with the pencils your using for supports, Whats the pencil got in it? lead? carbon? and your digging it into your medium.
