im using soil that says it will feed plants for up to 3 months. they seem really healthy so far, except for a few leaves twoard the bottom turning completly yellow.the only nutrients i have in the house are miracle grow, and i would rather not spend money on fertilizer.

what do you think the issue is? ph? nitrogen def?

i have no way of checking either ph or ppm as of now.

also, im comming up on 4 weeks flowering now.

well if pH is right (6.5 for soil, 5.8 for hydro) then your ok. chances are its not nitrogen def cuz they are in deep flower at this point. and N is used in very low quantities. chances are its 1 of 2 possibilities.
1- trace element deficiency (sulfur or zinc perhaps, dont go taking a shit in it, just get some varied ferts, dilute the shit outa them, and use them. I found a bottle of aquarium plant booster 0-0-0 on the NPK, but 16 or so dif trace elements, works awesome)
or
2- age. the plants flowering is the end of their cycle. they flower, get pollen, make seeds and die. the plant knows this. its goal right now is to make buds, even if that means it has to starve the fan leaves. theres always some necrosis in flower. its to be expected.

chances are your issue is a lil of both, add some trace elements to keep it from getting worse, and keep checking trichomes. your ok.

If not corrected then all of the bigger fan leaves will start to do this, then it will work its way to the smaller bud leaves and eventually growth will come to a stand still... Calmag should help, and I would get some ASAP because by time the plant shows signs of it the def has a pretty good foodhold on her. And flowering MJ plants gobble soooo much magnesium during early stages of flowering that the def can overtake your plant within a week to 10 days

could this be a symptom of root bound? ghe root are pretty densly collected at the bottom, although no roots are dying.

plant hasent gotten any bigger in a week or so
