Yellowing New growth. Help please.

This is a poor quality picture but it is the only camera i have at the moment. The new growth on this plant has been like this for a few weeks. I can't put my finger on exactly what is wrong. Any advice would be appreciated.

looks good to me man. Just aint got all its color yet. Its fine. Your saying it has had no new growth for a few weeks???

I was just saying that only the new growth was being affected. once it is allowed to grow out the leaves get their color back. The growth has been fairly normal with about 1/2in of growth a day. I have not been to worried about it. The new growth on this plant has been like this for a while now, but has not seem to be affecting the growth. therefore i have not been to worried about it. I was just reading the forum about plant problems and got to thinking.

Its fine. looks nice
