yellowing of new plants, can you tell me im just being paranoid?

Can anyone tell me if i'm being paranoid?

These plants are about 3 weeks old (from putting the seeds in the paper towel to germ) .. about a week after transplanting from a mini greenhouse full of "pucks"

Soil = Fox Farms Ocean Forest
Light = 400W MH about 15" away. vented and glass shielded so heat is not an issue

Light burn??

Temps constant at 66 at night, 76 day, 50% humidity.

No fertilizing. We did apply an organic fungi/fungi fertilizer once at the recommended strengh (earth ambrosia)

Water = watered every 3-4 days when the soil feel pretty dry

I have not seen them in a week, but supposedly they have grown a LARGE amount in the past week and still some plants leaves are remaining very very light green like this. Is this a warning sign?

am i gonna hit yellowing momentarily?

When should i start nitrogen fertilizing these guys given they are in fox farms? We are gonna use Age old grow organic ferts.

THANKS for helping me put my mind to rest.

I will get more pics tommorow when i visit.

Dont have a ph meter but i will be buying one tommorow. We're using tap water which the hydro store told us was fine without adjustment, and the fox farms soil is supposed to be pretty buffered.

It's possible maybe the roots are just breaking out of the pucks and there wasnt enough nutrients in there to support them. Nevertheless they are growing very fast.

You should check your PH. The ff soil has enough nutes in it for about 3 weeks. when you add the nutes start with a 1/4 dose and work your way up to full strength. 1/4 1/2 3/4 full.

Yeah so i got more pics, i also checked ph. The plants appear to still be growing healthily. I didnt want to check the ph of the soil cause i couldnt accurately measure the soil inside without watering and i didnt want to water for fear of overwatering.

But the ph of the water we are using to water is about 7.0 - 7.1 so not too bad there. Here are some more pics.

Are your plants slow growing? If so...it could be a nitrogen deficiency, but really I think your plants are looking pretty good.

Wait it out for a week and get back here if they look any worse. But they look good, just keep doing what you're doing.
