Can anyone tell me if i'm being paranoid?
These plants are about 3 weeks old (from putting the seeds in the paper towel to germ) .. about a week after transplanting from a mini greenhouse full of "pucks"
Soil = Fox Farms Ocean Forest
Light = 400W MH about 15" away. vented and glass shielded so heat is not an issue
Light burn??
Temps constant at 66 at night, 76 day, 50% humidity.
No fertilizing. We did apply an organic fungi/fungi fertilizer once at the recommended strengh (earth ambrosia)
Water = watered every 3-4 days when the soil feel pretty dry
I have not seen them in a week, but supposedly they have grown a LARGE amount in the past week and still some plants leaves are remaining very very light green like this. Is this a warning sign?
am i gonna hit yellowing momentarily?
When should i start nitrogen fertilizing these guys given they are in fox farms? We are gonna use Age old grow organic ferts.
THANKS for helping me put my mind to rest.
I will get more pics tommorow when i visit.
Dont have a ph meter but i will be buying one tommorow. We're using tap water which the hydro store told us was fine without adjustment, and the fox farms soil is supposed to be pretty buffered.
It's possible maybe the roots are just breaking out of the pucks and there wasnt enough nutrients in there to support them. Nevertheless they are growing very fast.
