Sounds like I've answered my own question.
No fungus on my fingers.
In soil and thee weeks into flower. Bio Bizz Lite soil with Bio Bizz grow and (just started) Bloom..
Mid plant fan leaves. Top and bottom not affected.
250 watt HPS.

Looks like it might want some Ca. What's the water source?

pH of you source water and whatever you're doing helps too.
