A pH of 5.5 is too low for a soil grow. Dial in your pH and most likely your issue goes away. Good luck.

At this stage , I would not worry too much , the new growth looks fine, as we dont have any idea of your growing environment it is hard to say.
try not to wet leaves when watering, maybe you could do with a little more light/warmth?

How are you measuring the soil pH? As others have said 5.5 is too low for soil. Aim for 6.5 ideally.

If and only if you know for sure the soil ph is below 6, I would water at ph of 7.0.
Its safe to do and avoids trying to overfix this. New growth looks good, it looks to me almost as though something was sprayed on the leaves and burned. But if just ph then water at 7.0...easy and simple and won't cause further problems even if there is more at play than ph
