Yeps--Sour Diesel Hash Balls 5/16/12
I was bored and looked over at a jar of sourD and it hit me it would make some good hash so I came up with this as I was sleeping and tried it this morning.
With the way this SourD grew it is throwing off all these little pollen balls and they taste better than the bugs
so this made sense to me.
1 make a Kief screen of some sort and sift a good amount of ground nugs.
Around 45g sifted got me almost 16g kief. (going to use the left over for making Honey oil)
Took 1/2 and placed in a cloth.
Find a fire and a bowl of water.
Creat a ball in the center of the cloth and twist as hard as you can.
Dunk cloth in water and then start holding over the flame.
Turning slow and keeping the cloth wet, get the ball hot and twist.
Repeat over and over for around 10-15 minutes. Dunk,flame,twist---
Let cool and unfold... Pow-- there ya go. Yep--- One fat hash ball of joy...

I did 2 runs_
The 1st time I just used a cut t shirt and it came out 90% hard with a little flaking off and it was still moist.
2 try much better...
This time I used a cloth doubled up and added some foil ( Used the emergancy blanket foil-same as wall cover)
then added the product.
I was thinking it would help add more heat to the center of the ball and keep the ball from getting wet.
I twisted so hard as too have busted the cloth. ( double up the cloth, if your not a weakling )
I also added a step
When you think your done- twist as hard s you can and find a way to hold the tention.
Get the ball really wet and heat the hell out of it with the tention added
( at least 5 minutes of hot-not burnt )
This set up worked great.
The ball came out 98% hard as a rock and 95% dry.
Im setting in the sun and fresh air to dry them out better. Only a hour or so.

So that was fun and now I have a new way to smoke da smoke.
Hash chunk with honey oil on top. Yep... 1st thing I did and man let me tell you. Im loven it.
Taste is awesome, feel is great and life is good in my hood today.
I was thinking of tossing one in the freezer for a few day as I read something about that-yet I can remeber
anything more than freezer right now so no rush. lol
What ya all think ?
Is this hash or should I call it something eles? ( Only used a semi fine screen to sift-not micro )
Thinking the next time I'll heat it just a litlle longer.
Any suggestions or advise on how to make this work even better_ Feel free to speak up.
