The poor kid never had a chance and her boy friend must have been horrified, he aimed right at the windshield, the car had headlights, there was plenty of light and it was nothing less than first degree murder. No excuses for this shit, not in fear of his life or he acted rashly, he had a loaded weapon close by at ready and was itching for a chance to use it on someone, the first one who pulled into his driveway. I hope this asshole likes NY state prison because he is gonna die there. His wife won't be in that house too long either with legal fees and lawsuits, he fucked her life too, as well as his own and victims. He was protecting a home that will be taken from him while the state provides accommodation and a cellmate. Looks like that gun worked really well for home defense.
