Lollypop and get rid of the lower foliage OR when chopped can you leave the bottom to mature for longer/get more light ???

Decided not to lollypop, I reckon would cause some stress at this point in time. The droopy leaves -doubt i've underwatered- makes me wonder if the root system's filled out the whole pot and needs to be transplanted. Plan to LST the BC slightly to get more light on them budsites, but if the pot's restricting things i'd rather deal with that before anything else. Those pumps work by using the air outside the pump and pumping it through the tube which is ment to be put into the aquarium adding oxygen or the same air we breathe which also has CO2. This is will work for your plants as long as your pump is not enclosed in its own case. The pumps do not create fresh oxygen they only pump whats in the air.
