I would go with Renfro on the ounce a plant, you lose a lot of weight/size when drying/curing.

Edit: Suggested longer grow time, but realized you harvested it early to prevent seed.

Yeah he was definitely accurate, I'm hoping that with a longer veg and better training will have better results. I'm afraid now that I'm still flipping too soon.

I have a 4in inline fan to a carbon filter, a 94w 4000k, 100w blurple, and 100w v2 hlg 3000k. And a small stationary fan inside. 30x30x60 inches. Should be good to go??

I have no idea with LEDs but if its bright in there, with good airflow, you should be alright. Focus on a strong root ball and fertilize regularly. Vegetate for longer and experiment with it. Have you thought of one large plant budding at a time and tied down to make a canopy? You can keep another plant in veg in a different area while it buds, so its a good size when the other is harvested. Clone a few weeks before your harvest to ensure you have another plant to go into rotation.

I wasn't going to start so many but I felt like it was a waste to buy all this stuff and not have at least a few plants under it. Going forward yeah I definitely plant to stick with just 1 or 2, or sog with clones, who knows lol

There are a lot of ways to grow, you should base it around the time/resources you have to dedicate to it and what works best with your grow area. A lower plant count helps with legal concerns but a high plant count can fill a grow box fast.

6.25 square feet x 35 watts per sqft = 218 watts, I think you will be good to go despite the blurple.

Sounds reasonable, definitely gonna get another light by the times these 2 finish. Winter's here in no time so I'm sure another light will help keep em warm.

Too much light is harmful. You might replace the blurple though with something good. With quality LED like the QB's you want 35 - 40 watts per square foot of canopy area. Once you get above that you are in a sketchy territory, some strains will hate it more than others. Usually the sativas can take a little more but not always, especially with everything being a hybrid nowadays.

For the winter you might consider a CMH. I think a 315 would really max out that space.
