Hes right I dont see any pics and lighting would be helpful. At least we would be within 10 pounds of guessing correctly.

jeez, y'all dont gotta be so negative, he made a few noob mistakes, is that really such a big deal? if he switched to 12/12 already he can always just switch back to 24/0 cycle w/o any problems. also though guys, their are a good number of people who grow 12/12 from seed or grow no veg clones, if he wants more often smaller harvests or a few big ones every once in a great while, its up to him on how he wants to grow,for a sea of green growing more smaller plants right now is about the time to start flowering, quicker harvests of smaller plants require less light needed. get yourself a nice perpetual grow going and you'll have bomb ass weed(once you get the hang of growing) and never have to go to your local rip off guy(errr, pot seller.lol. not saying their are no honest people w/itegrity and all that selling bud, every once in a great while you'll run into a seller who is honest and truthful and doesnt try to fuck anyone over it seems only like 1/10 sellers are like that, the rest are little punks who just want to make as much profit and pinch as much as they can from the bags they sell you.) dont let anyone discourage ya, its fairly easy to keep yourself well stocked w/bud unless you smoke a ton of real top quality bud a day, its is not possible to guess yeild from the pics really but i'll make a rough guess of 1/2-1 oz dry if all goes smoothly.

Yessir, now that you know what's up put that thing back on 24/0 or 18/6 and veg it for a while. You're not going to get an eigth off of that thing at that size. That's IF it's a female. Keep vegging it and LST it if you really wanna keep it that small.

Yeah I might re-veg it but Im not sure..I just topped it like 3 days ago and now its growing 3 heads, so I dont know if that would increase my yield any more or not

A good estimate of how long it takes would be about a month in veg and then 2 months in flower.
If you don't veg enough you won't get squat. It'd be like having a tomato plant and flowering it immediately. You might get ONE tomato if you're lucky. The plant, any plant, can only fruit or flower as much as it's 'body' can support. That's why the longer you grow it b4 flowering it, the more mass it gains, the more bud sites are produced, and the greater the yield is. You're going to wait a long time for the fruits of your labor any way it goes in this trade. That's why an extra 2-3 weeks isn't that big of a deal, cause you'll have a lot more 'fruits' to show for your time and effort.
If you're really just concerned about height (which is totally understandable), then LST to keep em small and top like you're doing whenever it starts getting taller than what you want.

you really really need to put it back in veg, i was thinking of under ideal lighting and all that when i guessed yeild from the pic, a more accurate/realistic guess is 1/4-1/2 dry. either re-veg or start some new seeds and set up another lil grow area. for 3-4 plants all you should need is like 3-4 42w cfls as they veg and at first probally 2 would be ok.
