I grew 2 plants on my first go - got almost exactly a q off each plant, my 2nd grow appears to be giving me a half per plant judging by the size of the buds!

1st grow - 2x20 watt cfls 1x23 watt cfl, nutes - baby bio, vitalink buddy too during flower...

2nd grow - 1x125-watt dual spectrum cfl off ebay, nutes - bio-bizz grow and bloom, after some burning a few weeks into flower I went back to baby-bio and buddy

Calm down, apologize and be nice, then maybe ppl will respond in kind. You've been such an asshole that at this point anyone who helped you would seem like an asshole by association.

you should easily get an oz a plant with most strains and nothing out of the ordinary besides the required temps and humidity which in strains varies but also plants are resilient and watered regularly can stand the higher temps.
So water, light, fresh oxygen and nutrients are basic but make sure there are 0 light leaks during the dark period so the buds grow solid and not wispy. There are some growers indoors I hear of getting 4 ozs a plant then there are others I know personally that are getting 2 1/2 - 3 ozs. There using in particular advanced nutrients and c02. I have a few plants coming in now that I expect to get easily get an oz or more from and I forced all of them early with out c02 and with no special feed program and just winged it at first with what I had. I have recently begin using the foxfarm program which is one the more affordable program with still great results. I can assure you you should get an oz easily with a photo-period plant. though if the light cycles get screwed up or darkness is interrupted or you screw up their feeding you run the risk of the plants being stunted and the buds being thin and wispy.

some of my babies a few weeks away already dense and stinky, all with at least an oz or more on them now

Anybody got a guess on what I'll get off her? She's a little over 9' and planted in compost. I'm guessing 1 1/2 lbs but I never grew before.

You can get a gram per watt but it might not be the best way to do it. A 600w light gives you more lumen per watt then a 1000w. A 600w gives about 95.000 and 1000w gives 140.000

You would probably get a better gram per watt ratio with a 600w light but in the end you would get more bud with 1000w. So you see, the GPW is maybe not the best way to measure things. Also, there is a threshold. The more light you use the lower the "gram per watt" ratio will be. If you have 3x 1000w and your getting 0,7 and you add 3x 1000w, you will not be doubling your yields but maybe you will yield more. The plant will be saturated with light at the end.

So gram per watt is not the way to think in terms of how much. You should rather think of it as how much per square feet/meter. Better yet, think of it as m3 because plants don't grow in 2-D.

I know of one grow which hit the 2 gram per watt and that took in the aspect that plants don't grow in 2-D

Best grow I know of personally was 0,8-0.9 per watt with 2x 600w.
Wish that would have been mine :(
