What's the most I can look to get from a single plant?

I have a 250hps and 250mh..

Indoors or out?

Indoors I can average 6-7 ozs per plant vegged for at least 45 days under a 600 watt HPS that has two plants under it in 5 gallon fabric pots doing nothing but watering and adding nutes as needed in 70 days or less in flower. So I imagine this should be the norm being I'm not an extraordinary grower nor a bad one. Add different techniques, mediums, pruning, additives, ect. and yields can get up to 1 lb but that is rare.
Outdoors being the entire season is only one harvest plants can get monstrous but almost never have the potency of indoor grow strains of same genetics.

Expect around half of your wattage in grams. So 250 watts about 125 grams under optimal conditions. A gram per watt is the goal but most never get near it yet many claim to hit it.

you get what you put in bro. Rule if thumb 1 foot = 1 ounce of plant height. Gets you in the ball park.
