Takes more than money to put down as a down payment, esp if you have your own company, tons of hoops to jump through to get a mortgage these days. Several years ago you could have gotten a house with just that, but at this point you have to have 3 years of tax statements, a years worth or paystubs, etc etc etc.

My 400watt has a 6in. duct fan on it and it keeps my grow room nice and cool around 80.

well good for u i got a 600w hps with no ducting hooked up to it and starts off at 59 and goes up to 90 lol not nomore ima keep closet cracked!!! and it will be around wht urs is 80f average

Nothing suspicious about a room with 600 watts worth of light shining through the window all night every night. Certainly not suspicious enough to get the cops to come knock on the door. LoL

1 off my window is coverd to keep the light out 2nd i got a ozone air cleaner 3rd off i got weather stripping on my closet door so it 100% light proof

You said yourself you are going to leave the door open or cracked all night every night. Your window better be covered in poly plastic if you expect it to hold in 600 watts of hps.
Also you said that your temps range from 59-90 and that by cracking the door at night you will make it 80s in there all the time, how is cracking the door going to bring the temp up while the lights are off?
You have an ozone generator in the room you sleep? Damn your dumber than i thought.
I didn't say they would see the grow, just the light shining through the window brighter than you would ever have in 1 room all night every night. All it takes is a reason to come knock, and if your folks don't know why wouldn't they let the cops in?

my windows are complety light proof ive tested it i got window covers on them for insulating and blocking the su1n ! also i got the ozone purifier in my ccloset and im only cracking my closet about 10inches with small fan!!!! my parents cant come in my room a also have locks on it!!! man u got anything else u want to throw at me
