yoo cfl help

hello all im new to growing and wish to grow some low ryda 2 and also some over strains ....
i need a relly simple grow romm i have aound a 1 meter squerds of space to grow i wanna use cfls all the way thuroug evan when budding if posible thanks get back to me .....

how tall is this space? your not going o be able to grow to many plants.1 meter squared is 10 squared feet so if you have 1 plant per 2 square feet that's 5 plants.I would not go for low riders i heard bad things bout there yields to be poor bud and little to none.
