Yosemite Area Outdoor Grow

Hello All-
Brewed up my 1st batch of tea on Saturday evening and fed the girls this morning. I used;
Bat Guano 0-7-0
Sea weed extract
Earthworm castings
Molasses
Alaskan bloom Fish Emulsion 0-10-10
Mycharrizal Fungi (spelling)
Came out this morning, the tea had foam around the edges of the bucket, and a thin layer of bubbles on the surface. Looked like a beer after sitting a few minutes. Girls seemed to like the tea, i'll keep you updated.

Sounds like a good brew, watch out for unwanted pests when using fish emulsion, the smell attracts racoons, skunks, feral hogs and bear. I had a couple plants get rooted up from hogs back in the day. Not to get you worried but give you a heads up..:weed:

New "tree" avatar i see....lol
This weeks (got 1 side done) chores are putting a 4" cement riser around the bottom of the chain link perimeter of my garden. I dig down about 6" below the fence line then use 2"x4"s to form up on both sides of the chainlink 4" wide. This should keep them varments out.

Hello All-
O.K., with the girls getting bigger and bigger, the more and more i worry about their well being. So you have seen the "Weed Cage" as some have called it in my prior posts on this thread. Well i decided to set up some security cameras just incase some fool or animal still tries to get my shit when i least expect it. The garden is about 400ft from the house, down the hill (i have 10 acres here). So i got a wireless camera/DVR security unit from China (cheep) on E-bay. Just got it dialed in yesterday. So happy.
About 11:30p.m. last night one of my motion detector alarm i got near the garden goes off. The unit sounds in my house, but not in the garden. So i kick on my monitor to see whats going on in the garden. Me and the wife are both up looking at the monitor to see what the fucks up. Then we can see a shadow on the ground moving around on one of the cameras but not the other ones. What the hell is that? Then this Huge ass buck comes walking into the cameras range. I have dogs on the porch and they do nothing, i was amazed that this deer could sneak up without my dogs knowing it. Thought they would at least smell that dude. I could see that the deer knew my dogs were on the porch by how cautious he was. Sure enough he wondered up to the garden, sniffed around a bit, munched on a leaf of two that was sticking out of the chain link, and wondered off.
Fantastic, the new security system works like a charm. $250 well invested.
I dont see to many deer on my property due to the dogs keeping them away, I have a male Pitbull/Boxer mix that is tied up during the day (he beats up the neighbors dog) but at night he runs loose protecting the property (i thought). I have personally seen my dog take down and kill a Wild Boar that was his size/weight. It was a GREAT fight, they went at it for a while, then Raider (the dog's name) got its back and grabbed the boar behind its neck and didn't let go, took that boar down. I was impressed to hell.
I'm medicating while i'm typing and i see i'm rambling on,....stoned again : )

Sounds good, I have the Q=See 8 channel with night vision at my house and it's amazing. I had deer eat the leaf but for the most part leave the bud alone, once it's resined up good (loco-weed) they eat the leaf for the moisture content.
I too hace 10 acres here and horses roam the back 6, let my Queenslands run at night but not the pit-bull, too much drama.Seems we have alot in common, lol:weed:

sounds like definitely worth while investment. I am really glad you got some security. Round here people aren't all of the highest qualities of character. Good move! Im off the rest of the day.... done with work :)....... sendin yah a pm :)

Hello All-
O.K., were getting close now, couple/few more days looks to me on a couple of girls. Many of the plants just got their last feeding, and a couple are in flush mode for the last week. Flushing should be easy this week with the expected temptures of 100+ degrees all week. I'm sure they will be thirsty.
The Sativas in the background are still weeks away from being done. They have 2-3 more feedings.

Thanks for the good words.
I'm stoked for sure, my 1st time growing, no real issues (knock on wood, not done yet) to speak of. All the seeds turned out to be female, (10 for 10) and all but 3 clones were given to me (9). I had some good luck for sure, getting started as late as i did. I guess the "BIG GUY" in the sky is keeping an eye on me.
I also have to give big props to TLD, that guy as been very helpful, and informative. He's a great asset to have living so close to me.

Thanks for stopping by. Yea this is my 1st rodeo so to speak. Learned a ton of things from this web-site, thanks RIU. Looks like I have a busy October for sure coming up. The Loaded Dragon is coming by this morning to see the girls and give me his two cents on them. He called me last night and said he thought a couple were ready for harvest by looking at my posted pictures. I think I would like to wait until the HEAT WAVE passes by before i harvest, but if he says it time, well i guess its time.

8:00 at El Cids? Good chance I'll be there tonight.

Hello All-
I was doing the math today and realized that i will be harvesting the majority of my plants in early October. I then took a look at the calender and seen that October 4th is the "Harvest Moon".
My garden went in on June 4th (looking at my past posts) and on that night we had a violent thunder storm. I had to run out to the garden and cover the girls with 1 gallon milk cartons. They will be in the ground 123 days if harvested on the evening of Oct 4th.
Living near Yosemite i have seen and felt the energy which surrounds this area. I have been healed by this energy when i asked to be on a number of occasions. The Native Americans that did/do live in this area understand that energy that i talk about. They have studied it for years and years and understand how to harness that energy and to use it to benefit them.
I almost feel that i am being guided on this grow by a "higher being". I asked for help and guidance when i started this project and received more than i ever thought i would, and with the dates/numbers coming out like they are.......... I guess my hand was being held the whole time. I am truly blessed living where i do, being surrounded by the people i'm surrounded by. i have a great wife/family that give 100% support on what i'm doing.
This has been an incredible journey so far and i cant wait for whats next. O'ya, the harvest is next, lets see how much i enjoy that !
